Moroccan Kessa Glove – Hammam Exfoliating Mitt
Beschreibung
Kessa glove – the other half of the hammam ritual
Black soap softens the skin, the kessa glove lifts away dead skin. It is a two-step ritual: without the glove, black soap only does half the job. This traditional exfoliating mitt has always been used in the hammam – its rough texture removes dead skin cells and leaves the skin smooth, clean and ready for your skincare.
Embroidered Karamat Cosmetics cuff with a built-in loop for hanging to dry.
Essentials
- Kessa exfoliating mitt – one size, slips on like a mitten
- Made for black soap – the traditional duo of the Moroccan hammam
- Embroidered cuff – with hanging loop
- Reusable – rinse, dry, reuse
How to use
- Apply liquid black soap to damp skin, in the shower or hammam.
- Leave on for 3 to 5 minutes – this is what softens the skin.
- Rinse, then rub with the kessa glove in long, even strokes.
- Rinse again, then moisturise.
- Rinse the glove and let it air-dry, hanging by its loop.
Why a kessa glove instead of a scrub in a tube?
- No scrub particles – the texture of the fabric does the work
- Lasts for months where a tube runs out
- The original hammam ritual
- The perfect partner for Savon Noir Beldi 200 ml
FAQ
How often should I exfoliate with the kessa glove?
Once or twice a week is plenty. Exfoliation doesn't need to be daily to work.
Do I need to scrub hard?
No. Long, even strokes do the job – it's the texture of the glove that works, not the pressure.
How do I care for it?
Rinse after each use and let it air-dry, hanging by its loop. Don't leave it crumpled at the bottom of the shower.
Can I use it without black soap?
You can, but the result is much weaker: without the black soap's resting time, the skin isn't prepared.
Goes well with: Liquid Black Soap 300 ml · Savon Noir Beldi 200 ml
